We have a number of needs both at the Shelter, Dog Park as well as Remote Adoptions and Fundraiser Events. The best way to ensure your volunteering experience is of benefit to both you and our furry friends is for us to get an understanding of your availability, both days and hours, your preferences for a set shift or variable hours, in addition to any other skill you may be able to offer the Humane Society i.e. picture taking, dog training, fostering sick and the very young, carpentry work, repairs, pool, landscaping etc. It also helps us to know if you are more of a “Cat Person” or “Dog Person” or even a “Rabbit Person” (yes we have had those too from time to time).

The availability table below should reflect the start time and finish time you are available each day. (Example: 9AM-5PM) This would not be your work schedule. We will then look at our needs compared to your availability. If you know a particular day you cannot work just leave blank.
